No wifi my upload is 0.02 and maybe my download is 6mbps

good day Can you please assist me I am batteling with my wifi for 3 months and I just have to pay for something not is not working correctly. I give them my contact details for the use that they must contact me and assist me with my problem. but nothing is been done and i must pay. I need assistance please because they do not assist me at all. When iI apply for this contract everything was promised to me but I battle for 3 month now. I stop my debit order until this is sorted out.
