No WiFi instillation yet!

I app**** online for 40GB WiFi instillation weeks ago and got accepted. I was told that they would install my WiFi within 7-10 days and have still not been visited to install my WiFi. I have called Telkom but keep getting redirected. This is beyond frustrating as I am still waiting for my WiFi!
