NO WIFI for 3 WEEKS NOW

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!

Going into week 3 of no WIFI and they keep saying technicians are assigned and working on it for the last few weeks and everyday it's the same story "Technicians are working on the Problem". Then they offer alternatives like a SIM card but its 2GB? Really how must you work with 2GB if you signed and paid for uncapped?
