No WIFI but are billed for it

please note that I have send a message on this site, Telkom did not respond yet I am waiting now close to 6 month for my WIFI rooter to be send and installed but they are billing me from Jan.2018 till now for WIFI rooter I don't even have

my ref. number are ********** 6 and ********** 49A and ********** 47A

I did call numerous times and were at the Telkom shot but still nobody called or correspond with me
