No wifi after 2days

What a nightmare. I was so excited to join Telkom for the Wifi deal. But it soon got sour. I hace my router for two days now, and no connection. First i was told wait 24 hours. Then it will be working. Yesterday is phoned the call center again. Only this time the guy told me. It takes 48 hours. Still nothing is working. How disappointing. I want to cancel this deal. And will reverse e ery single deduction from my account. TELKOM you are useless.
