No we won't repair it for you...

I am absolutely appalled with the level of service you receive from telkom when you try and fix a phone that you got from them which is still under contract for another 10 months. I have a Samsung S7 that I got from Telkom, the phone overheated and never switched back on. I took it to a telkom store over the weekend to try and get it repaired and I was told, no sorry your phone is over 12 months old we cannot repair it for you. We can send it in for repairs but they will not fix it and then they will send it back to you and I will need to pay the courier fees!!! How does that work?? I am now sitting with an S7 that I STILL PAY EVERY MONTH that I cannot use and all Telkom says is, sorry your phone is 14 months old we will not repair it?? I didnt even expect it to be repaired for free, i just wanted my phone repaired. If i could cancel my association with Telkom today I would do it but unfortunately i need to still pay another 10 months of contract!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend telkom to anyone that I know!!! The service is a joke!!!!!
