No way to stop billing for terminated contract

This relates to a properly terminated contract at telkom . the account shows a R100+ credit on statements and on the telkom website, yet debt collectors continue to claim money ( now R5000+)<br> <br> This is really magic... R100 in my pocket has turned into a R5000 debt. I am amazed. <br> <br> I further notice that there is no effort or offer to actually return my money, but the magical debt keeps climbing<br> <br> I invite telkom to Proceed to court and explain this magic ( again)<br> <br> I really have tried over months to resolve this.
