No way to complain to TELKOM or to query ****S

I have a separately paid for Telkomsa mailbox, and an Alias for my wife. My wife does NOT have a separate email account, I keep periodically getting emails addressed to my wife's email address saying that "Your email account is in the process to stop sending outgoing emails to other users." and " Kindly see report below and fix problem before your email account stop working .Telkom SA Email Report", and "Copyright TelkonSA (sic) SOC Limited:....".

I assume that this is a **** because 1) My wife does NOT have an email account and 2) The bad English in the wording. I would like to get confirmation from Telkom, but this appears to be an impossible task, as the number (10210) that I have been given does not provide any suitable options. There seems to be no way to lodge a complaint or query with Telkom, and the call center staff appear to be clueless.
