No Voice Service - Telkom Not Bothered To Fix

My phone line ***) has been dead (no dial tone / no voice services) for over a week now and telkom do not seem remotely bother to do anything about it.

I logged a fault on my phone app (ref ***1) when I first noticed problem (Thur, 18/07/2019). Then went to the store on Sun, 21/07/2019 to query where they made me logged another fault (ref ***1). However its 1 week now without any voice service on the line and it does not look like anyone is bothered to sort out the problem.

Kindly rectify issue URGENTLY. Please credit account with all days been without service too!
