<p>Hi.</p> <p>I logged a case with telkom LTE over a month ago about the low download speeds we receive with this product choice. After a bumpy start (when i had the product installed in March 2016) we had excellent reception and download speeds up till January 2017 when the download speeds dropped from 23mbps to between 2 and 5 mbps. a call was logged at the end of January and after the normal "phone assistance" we requested that a technician be sent out. we must have phoned at least 10 times to follow up on the progress report, we have been advised that the problem is with the technical department and that the technicians are working on it. we have been inormed that a manager will phone us back the same day. after + 30 days the case is apparently still unattended. </p> <p> </p> <p>I find it amazing that telkom sorts out line problems within a day where i have contracts with a different ISP which enforce their agreements with Telkom. but for my direct contracts, and i have 5of them there is absolutely no intention whatsoever to assist me. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
