NO URGENCY BY TELKOM

I Have placed an order for Telkoms Unlimited DSL 4MBPS line online on the 23.03.2019 and paid my Deposit requested few days later, Telkom confirmed my deposit of 700 has been received however says my order is stuck, however knowing that the money has been received how is this my problem i have been waiting over a week now to get my order moving, countless calls to call centre saying its being esculated but no progress i need my service to be activated as i did my part of paying the deposit still waiting on my 'stuck order' . still waiting on technicians to give me a call
