No Upgrade Order
My dad was called last week Thursday to upgrade to Fibre and to date no order has been received. Today is already business day 4 and nothing. My dad called yesterday evening to follow up and no orders are pending on the system. Please can we have this resolved otherwise we will gladly switch over to another service provider that will be able to assist us with Fibre. Please can someone give me a call urgently to have our Fibre installed.

17 Nov 2018, 10:46We were due to have a technician by the name of Maxwell install our fibre today. He was due to come at 8:45 and 2 hours later has still not arrived. Pathetic service!!!
