No Updates on fault for a month

I had a fault since 15th and logged it in the 21st Dec, its not rectified and still had too use my phone to call you and yet bianca promised to call me back and still didnt not! I've been losing out on data and airtime. I have made several calls and escalated 3times and still nothing. THIS SERVICE IS JUST ****!!My billing will not be paid in full for this delay from TELKOM!!!!!
