No update on Fibre activation

<p>I have been trying to get fibre to my house but no one seems to be able to help me. The house next to mine has fibre but I am being told that my line has not yet been activated. The poles and cables were installed 3 months ago. Telkom please assist as i really want this service activated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
