no update on delivery after debiting my account

I place an order online on the 26th of November only got a response 3 days after from there there was no communication until the 4th of December, on the 5th they debited my account and i have been calling asking when they will deliver my mobile phone but no one is willing to help the last lady i spoke to told me i must wait at least 14 days after the debit order goes off, i need a phone for work purposes, when i search their website for my delivery status i get only an error message . telkom please deliver my phone or reverse the debit order and cancel your stupid contract today or deliver my order
