No to Telkom

These cons changed my plan without my consent, they started manipulating my connection speed or even the availability of service... I was on a "BEYOND unlimited" which they changed on me without my consent or without as little as to advise me of the change. They now limit the unlimited data to 25 gigs, after that not only that they don't throttle you down but they put you on "network monitoring" when you get no internet at all... Calls to customer support will put you on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes... Phone calls to customer service mysteriously get disconnected, they never call back, you'd have to call again and hold again... Such poor conduct.
