NO TELKOM WIFI

Good day. Ive been complaing of my wifie since 5 September 2026. Everytime i get told a technitian with sort it out. Well we on the 14th of September today and still no wifi. My phone number concerning the problem is *** my contact number is ***. The ref they gave me is ***9. Im suppose to pay on time but ive been without wife for 10 days now and it is unacceptable.
