No Telkom service or ADSL in Standerton area

We are going into our 6 week of no landlines to call or internet access in Standerton. We have 2 lines and it is difficult for us in our business and our customers to contact us.

We have landline ********** as phone and fax line at 4 Kerk street. Telkom *******. We have ********** ADSL and faxline at 20 Stefina street. Telkom ref: ********** 8.

Todays feedback is that there is a network problem in the area and that they are working at te network exchange. Some other companies got a feedback yesterday that there is no problem on their lines, but they will get another technition to look into it.

The question is are they really doing something or know what the problem is.
