No Telkom service for months!

I moved house in May. I asked Telkom to move my lines to the new premises. Ater enquiring countinuously I only got the answer bak after almost two months that my lines couldnt be moved due to too much cable theft in the area. i then requested for my lines to be converted to normal lines and diverted to cell numbers just to use it and give me Fixed line look alikes with the same numbers as i do not eant to lose my numbers. Again on enquiring i was sent to the Telkom shops in Key west, which is so hot it feels like a sauna, Westgate, Cradle stone, that apareantly only does cellular- please tell your other shops that, and Clearwater that aonly tells you to please phone the call centre.

Up to today I am still being charged for services i donnt have and that is not working.
