No Telkom service

My phone line has been dead for almost a week. No voice or ADSL. I've used the online fault reporting (ref no ********** 5) several times but to no avail. Members of my household depend on Internet access for their income. Totally Useless service. Please do not subscribe to any of Telkoms services
