no Telkom service

I have been trying to sort out my acount with them for over a year even after canseling . they are just increaseing funds every month. At one stage it was at -800 then they take the money and say its legal fees but thwy allocated my funds to the wrong account how im i suppose to pay if i get no support from them not even a call
