No Telkom, NO! That is Poor Service!

I have been receiving sms regarding a new Vox system that I apparently ordered, which I certainly did not. Today I get an email welcoming me with me new service... What new Service, I have not requested any new service! Went on Telkom chat line, only to be deleted by the "friendly Telkom agent" - 2 hours later and I am still nowhere closer to find out about this so called new service! #telkom @telkom - poor service indeed. It's the eastiest way to lose business... and currently Telkom seems to be masters at losing clients!
