No Telkom, No!!

Oh no...!! I just recently posted a 5 star review and i guess i did that too soon. After the package was delivered, i received my bill for August yesterday and noticed two service fees which added up to R200 +. This wasn't discussed by the sales consultant and now when i try to call customer service for resolve, these lines are not available. Apart from that, the particular sale is duplicated to my dismay as Courier It called me for delivery just now! Come on Telkom.. ***!! I need you to revert back to myself and that right soon or i am cutting all your spring flowers!! I'm easy to find...
