No Telkom Network Reception in Mabopane

Good day

We have been experiencing Network Connectivity problems for a long time and despite complaining to Telkom, we are not getting any assistance, we can’t connect to the network or make phone calls.

I have a contract with Telkom consisting of 3 devices, and all of them are not connecting to the Network when I’m home, I actually had to buy an MTN SIM card and MTN data in order to connect to the network when I’m home over and above the money that Telkom is deducting from me every month.

I’m residing in Lebanon, Mabopane, Pretoria.
