No Telkom network in our Community in Molapoamogale

Telkom network In my community Molapoamogale Dr JS Moroka municipality in Mpumalanga we don't have Telkom network. It is being close to 10 years not having Telkom network if im not mistaken. If you want to use your telkom network, one need to drive or get a tax to the neighbor's community or park somewhere in the middle of noway to get network. Please assist with restoring network in our Community because we love using Telkom.
