No Telkom Mobile signal or SERVICE

Since yesterday morning I can't make or receive phone calls this side of town, POTCHRFSTROOM CENTRAL. But I am able to make and receive calls when I am in Baillie Park (other side of town) My two sons and my friend, that's also with Telkom Mobile, has the same issue. I called the call center this morning from the other side of town. They sent me call baring settings. I did it all. Restarted my phone. It's not working. I still can't make or receive phone calls. I Facebook messaged them yesterday morning, since I CAN'T MAKE PHONE CALLS, no reply. I tried Live Chat, but apparently that's also not working. What am I supposed to do.?
