No Telkom lines or ADSL for three weeks in Despatch, please sort it asap

Good day From the 9th of July, my parents have been without a Telkom line or ADSL line. It seems that a part of Despatch in the Eastern Cape has been affected by either cable theft or network problems. Which means until today nothing was resolved. My parents did report it (ref no. ***6) and there is still no response from Telkom. Can someone please sort the problem asap. There are many families who have been affected without Telkom lines for three weeks now and it does not seem to be fixed at any near date.
