no telkom line for over a month
There is a fault in my Telkom line since the beginning of July in my house in Melville, Johannesburg. I have been out of the country therefore all I could do to report the fault was using the live chat from telkom online, but it was really slow and I never really got to complete my complaint. I came back in the country on July 24th.
I have paid my bills and report the fault on July 25th at the Telkom store in Rosebank where I was told: \We have reported the fault but we don't know when Telkom will send someone to fix your line. It can be a day or can be 3 months."This answer made me very angry. It's unacceptable to answer so vaguely and unhelpfully to a customer who pays the bills every month.
I work from home therefore I have been badly affected by the lack on line and internet. I am forced to go to internet cafes or at coffee shops every day to work with wi-fi. It's costing me about R100 per day just to buy coffees or lunches to be able to keep using the wi-fi.
On the Telkom website"
