No telkom line but they listed me on credit bureau

Telkom just blacklisted me for and account that wasn't paid. I've tried numerous times to clear that with them. Its for a adsl line that we app****. Still waiting for them to come install from April. But they listed me already on the credit bureau. What can I do please help
