No Telkom laptop stock over 2 months already

How do you advertise laptop deals but don't have any stock!? I have been waiting more than 2 months now for a Dell laptop deal that I have app**** for. Every time I call the system is either down or the service agent advises that there is no laptop stock. Money has been deducted from my account when the application was approved and was told that I will get delivery of my product 5-7 working days.

During the first week of June I called and the service agent advised that there is now stock and I should get it within a week - yet again nothing and now all of a sudden there is no stock??

How does this company operate!!!!?

I will recommend all to stay away form this useless company and avoid doing business with them at all cost!!
