No Telkom Internet for 5 days

To Whom it may concern,

I've got an adsl line with telkom for years now. would like to upgrade to fiber but there's no infrastructure in my area. it has been working fine for a long period but as of midday Friday (24th April 2020), the line has been down and still not been fixed. i've has no internet connection since this day. after numerous calls and sms's that this has been fixed, i still have no internet connection.

can someone please urgently assist in trying to resolve this.
