No Telkom coverage

I phoned Telkom to log a technical fault regarding network coverage in my area. This issue happens from time to time. I was thrown from pillar to post. I phoned 10210,10217, 081180. To no avail. No one seems able to log the fault. The area is Seatides Genazzano Tongaat. Area code is 4399. There is no Telkom coverage at all for the entire neighborhood. Not sure if it is tower. We need a technician sent out to resolve the issue. I have taken to helloPeter because I have found no joy with the call center. Will await response.
