No Telkom client service

I Have got a few problems with my Telkom Account(2 Different accounts, 3 different addresses, wrong billing, making calls is wasting my time and money since I’m calling from my cell phone and even going to a TELKOM store is a waste of time, contract was cancelled and reopened without my consent or even knowing of it) Every time I log a ticket to investigate my account nothing happens and the ticket is just closed, Not one single call I'm helped. When I make calls I'm just send from one department to another. Account no *** Account no *** Can I Please get someone to sort out this.
