No Telkom business lines for 5 months

We have pleaded and we have begged since September 2017 for Telkom to please assist us with our telephone lines. In November 2017 one of their technicians arrived, tried to sort out the problem, blew a port and prom-missed to be back the following day. We are still waiting, their call center sucks and a lady by the name of Bertha Cronje in KZN tried to argue that the lines are connected. A Technician arrived on the 30th January, just to confirmed to us that there is no lines. He will now contact his boss, who did not respond because he needs to get a family member to a doctor, so we all back to square 1. By the way they are quick to send us an sms on the last day of the month to ask when we will make payment for the rental of the lines. Telkom your service sucks and because you dont have any other land line competition you just dont care. Another State disaster company.
