NO TELKOM BRACH IN MTHATHA
Telkom has no branch in Mthatha of which this is a inconvenience for customers. My modem was faulty and was advised to take it to the nearest Telkom branch. East London is 300km. I received my new modem via courier 3 months ago but it was faulty had to travel to East London for a replacement.<br> <br> this is very inconvenience us as customer in Mthatha and surrounding areas. Can Telkom nit open a small branch in Mthatha.
