No telephone service since Saturday !!!
Telkom sent an SMS on Friday 17/11 to say they "upgrading infrastructure" and "your service could be interrupted". Also they have a noticeboard to check the status. According to their noticeboard my number is not affected by this upgrade. However my telephone line has not been operational since Saturday and Telkom do not have any idea as to when this will be sorted ?!!!! Have sent them a message on messenger and facebook and they do not reply. Live chat is also a joke !!! Absolutely pathetic that in this modern day they cannot give any information.

I am not holding my breath waiting for a reply from Telkom. This is a standard copy and paste reply and nothing happens further.
