No telephone service

<p>I went to Telkom to sign a contract on a data contract. They promised to contact me the next week because they did not have modems in stock. I called every day, also drove to the branch...left a written message. Called again. They dont answer the line. Today when I called again...only reply is LINE IS BUSY. This service is unacceptable</p>
