No Telephone or internet at the office for 2 weeks!!

We have no telephone or internet connection since the office opened after the holidays last week. This is a small business and we cannot afford to have unhappy clients and loose business over telephone lines not working. We have had no joy with telkom in repairing our lines. Each time we phone there is something new that is wrong. Please telkom get this sorted ASAP.
