No telephone or ADSL for 3 weeks

<p>Good day</p> <p>My ADSL line has been down more than three weeks now and this happens every month, feels like I'm paying for nothing, just giving my money away to you.</p> <p>Can you please do something about this, my phone Bill is up to R400 now because Im always buying Data and not getting the service that I'm paying for..</p> <p> </p> <p>And I'm always getting SMSs that the fault has been fixed but it's faulty </p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 518</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out</p>
