No telephone lines for more than 2 weeks

I am appalled by the service Telkom is giving the Kingsburgh community. Our neighborhood has been without any telkom lines for more than 2 weeks now. They do not feedback, they do not comment. Worst of all, some people need that line as they do business at home, with two weeks down they are already feeling the pinch.

I even contacted Afrihost, my internet provider, for help to get Telkom to do something, they to tell me they are not forthcoming with any information, and the fault is on their side.

The issue was logged on the 2nd of November - ***

The mere fact that they brush us aside and do not comment is disgusting. We want our phone lines resolved so we can earn a living, but they do not care, they still get paid at the end of the month.

We are nearly on 3 weeks now.
