No Telephone lines

<p>Our telephone lines have been ****** more than 10 years ago , I have made numerous attempts to report this problem over the years and I am still getting no joy, I have laid complaints on hello peter before regarding this situation , only reply that I get is:" Please send us the physical address and we will investigate and assist" and nothing further , what can I possibly do to rectify this as nothing is being done about the situation!!!!!</p>
