NO TELEPHONE LINE AFTER 9 WEEKS

We app**** for a telephone line on 28 May 2018 (9week ago!!), the technician came to our house on 02 June 2018 to do the necessary installation. To date we have not received a line and NO correspondence from Telkom, I've spend hours on the phone with them and even visited a Telkom store 3 time without success.
