I wrote a report on 20 November 2015 and my line was sorted, that is why I go the same way again. Fortunately I was on leave from 06-02-2016 till 21-02-2016 but while on leave I received messages regarding outages in Impala Park then I also received a sms saying that they sorted the problem but if there is still a problem they will assist well I have locked a fault but no joy if I enter my phone number it say number does not exist how can it be I pay every month and I have the number for 23 years so what is this and like I said in the past every time they Telkom technicians work in the kiosk at the corner De Havviland and Dornier streets in Impala Park they stuff up my line INCOMPETENCE IF YOU ASK ME 5 to 6 times a year this happen and then it takes weeks to sort out <br>
