No teleohone line for 3 weeks!

<p>For the past 3 weeks our lines are dead. No telephone, no internet.</p> <p>When I asked Telkom what the issue is, they just said their is a fault at their Eldoraign exchange. They are unable to tell me when it will be fixed. Surely if the lines have been dead for three weeks you would think it priority to get fixed, but obviously not for Telkom.</p> <p>They never fail to under deliver.</p>
