No Technician/Internet for almost a week now!!!!

Telkom Your service is shocking!!! I have been waiting for a cable technician to come out and sort out my internet service since last week Tuesday. Every time I call to follow up, no one can tell me when will the technician come out to solve the issue. Ref.# ***2. I have spent over R1000 just on data to be able to work from home. Is Telkom going to re-imburse me for this?????
