No technician sent out 2nd time same issue

2 weeks ago i had issues with my telkom adsl logged the fault 16th Jan technician came out only friday 19th it was fixed for a week on 30 Jan the same problem happened again and still waiting for someone to come out to fix the problem,useless service i have never had this issue with any other service provider i used before only after i switched to telkom beginning Jan i regret ever moving over to telkom
