No Technician contact at all

<p>I've recently moved house and need my LTE antenna installed by a telkom technician, I contacted telkom on the 13th of May about the matter and was told I would be contacted within 7 days by a technician who will be coming to install my antenna at my new premesise and was given a ref no( ********** 2), today is the 31st of May, I called last week to follow up, and was told by the service desk that they cannot call the technicians, but only send them e-mails, I was advised that they would resend my details to the technicians, but still no contact. I then tried to call the service desk today again, only to sit on hold for a few minutes, and once the phone was picked up, there was no response from the agent who picked up, I waited for about 5 minutes and gave up on him/her speaking anytime soon.<br /><br />TL;DR<br />I requested my antenna to be installed on the 13th, it's the 31st now, and still no contact. call ref( ********** 2)</p>
