no technician coming

my phone and adsl went down on monday and i reported it . ref 538crk261015. on wednesday still no tech by my house and told lame excuses like tech was too busy and that no tech was assigned to my fault. but on tuesday i was told there was someone coming. today being thursday my fault was cleared with no one even coming to the house. given a new ref 493crk291015. went to the telkom store in cresta . the lady emailed the area manager and one hour later he also doesnt reply.ive been speaking to telkom on twitter and got an \escalated"ref number for the hundredth time (771965). should i go to my lawyers as that is my only option left. your own people cant even help me so i might as well sue you"""
