No Technician Came out

Every week for the past 1 month, I have been calling Telkom on 10210 requesting for a Technician to come out to my property to move the Telkom lines of my neighbours, which is in my property. As I am building in my yard and the Telkom lines are in the way. Every week I hear the same story that they will be sending someone out shortly. NO 1 has come as yet. Today when I called, they advised me that they are very busy as they will be closing soon. This is Ridiculous. As I have been with Telkom for the past 29 years.
