No technician
<p>Our phone line/internet has been down for a week. When we contact Telkom, we are told the same story that a technician was assigned yesterday and it should be fixed today or tomorrow. This happens no matter which day you call as if read from a teleprompter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fault 687CRK060616</p> <p> </p>
